The Role
The School is seeking passionate and committed Secondary Teachers to join their team with opportunities available to teach across Years 7–12 in Science.
The successful applicant will bring strong curriculum knowledge, effective classroom practice and a genuine commitment to supporting student wellbeing and academic growth.
You will work within a collaborative and well-resourced faculty, delivering engaging learning experiences that build student confidence, critical thinking and real-world understanding.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons across Years 7–12
  • Teaching Science, HPE and/or Technology, aligned with your qualifications and areas of expertise
  • Developing high-quality curriculum, assessment and learning programs
  • Differentiating learning to meet a diverse range of student needs
  • Supporting the pastoral care and holistic development of students
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues in curriculum planning and faculty activities
  • Maintaining current knowledge of Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) requirements and processes
Role Requirements
  • Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
  • Relevant undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to teach students across Years 7–12
  • Strong curriculum knowledge and contemporary teaching practice
  • Expertise in Science, HPE and/or Technology, aligned with your teaching qualifications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
