The Role:
- Training will be provided by the service manager
- Shifts; 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assisting with the enrolment and registration of children
- Providing excellent customer service to parents, guardians, and other stakeholders
- Supporting the centre's educational and childcare staff as needed
- Maintaining the centre's inventory and ordering supplies
- Performing other duties as required to support the overall operation of the centre

Essential criteria for this role
- Prior expereince working in a administration role preferred
- Certificate III/Diploma in in early childhood education and care preferred
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Police check for work purposes
- Flexible and a 'can-do' approach towards your role
