About You
- Diploma in Early Education, or an ACECQA approved equivalent
- Hold a paid valid blue card
- Full work rights in Australia
- Minimum of 12 months previous experience as a Lead Educator in an Early Childhood Education and care setting
- Proven ability to work to targets and hold accountability
- Genuine love for mentoring a team of educators
- Natural ability to build rapport and authentic relationships with families and external stakeholders
- In depth knowledge of current industry policies and frameworks
