As Educational Leader, you’ll guide, mentor, and inspire educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences. You’ll be part of the leadership team, embedding best practice across the service while building strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
Role Requirements
- ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and contemporary early childhood practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for creating inclusive and supportive environments
- Australian based specialist in Early Childhood Education recruitment
