The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join an amazing centre in Stawell, VIC. You’ll play a vital role in delivering inclusive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate programs that support every child’s learning journey.
- This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art, government-run centre, alongside a supportive team committed to delivering the best outcomes for children and families.
- Deliver inclusive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate programs for children
- Support each child’s learning, wellbeing, and individual journey through play-based education
- Collaborate with a supportive, professional team in a brand-new, government-run centre
- Contribute to the centre’s mission of achieving the best outcomes for children, families, and the local community
- Work in a state-of-the-art environment with access to quality resources and ongoing professional development
- Approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- VIT Registration
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and contemporary early childhood practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing
- Competitive salary aligned with experience and qualifications
- Tier 2 Location Incentive ($21,000) – eligibility applies through the Victorian Early Childhood Teacher Incentives program
