- ECT role based in the Kindy room, working alongside the lead ECT
- Ensure high levels of communication and collaborate to create an exciting learning environment
- Assist with planning and setting up interactive and engaging environment
- Establish and maintain team relationship with other early childhood educators
- Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents
- Bachelor’s of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
- Prior experience working in an ECT position is preferable
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks to support with programming and planning for children's interest and development
- Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and community
- Full working rights in Australia & Valid blue care
