- Work alongside educators to ensure a warm and safe environment is created for the children
- Plan, support and document the children’s learning while utilising the frameworks (EYLF and NQS)
- Ensure the health and safety of children
- Create and maintain meaningful relationships with the parents and families
- Certificate lll or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Valid paid WWCC
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks to support with programming and planning for children's interest and development
- Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and community
