- Lead the daily operations of our brand-new Echuca West centre licensed for 120 children across 8 rooms
- Maintain exceptional health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
- Oversee budgets, wages, rostering, occupancy, and operational planning
- Coach, mentor, and develop a motivated and engaged team
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the community
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate high-quality programs focused on children’s growth and development
- Foster a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for educators, children, and families
- Leadership experience within the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector
- ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
- Full working rights in Australia
- Strong knowledge of the ECA Code of Ethics and UNCRC
- Commitment to safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environments
- Willing to relocate in Northern Victoria
