Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III) – Whitfield Community Child Care Centre

Managed by the not-for-profit North East Regional Pre School Association (NERPSA), the centre provides a welcoming, inclusive, and play-based environment where children can thrive.
The Role
- Assist in delivering inclusive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate programs for children
- Support each child’s wellbeing, learning, and individual journey through play-based education
- Work closely with the Early Childhood Teacher, families, and a supportive team of educators
- Contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and culturally inclusive environment for all children
- Be part of a not-for-profit service with a strong commitment to community and child safety
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
