Role Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
- Previous experience within a Centre Director position
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks, rating and assessment process
- Effective communication and management skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and the community
- Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices

This is a family owned Centre that is looking for an experienced Director to join their team! You will have the opportunity to assist with the opening of this brand new centre, this is the perfect role for someone looking for a fun and exciting project. You will have the chance to work closely with the owners while also being able to contribute your ideas to shape the centre’s culture and enjoy a flexible work arrangement until it opens in August.
