- Play a key role in preparing the centre for opening
- Support families with enrolments, orientation and day-to-day enquiries
- Build strong relationships across the centre community
- Work closely with the central ELV team to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to a high-quality early learning environment
- Managing enrolments, attendance and CCS data
- Providing front-of-house support, phone, email and in-person
- Payroll and administrative processing
- Financial data entry and payment processing
- Supporting centre security, communication and admin tasks
- Working in line with ELV policies, procedures and regulations
- Previous administration experience (early childhood sector highly regarded)
- Strong organisational, multitasking and time-management skills
- Confident using administrative systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Qualification in Business Administration or similar
- Full working rights in Australia
- Working with Children Check
- Mandatory Reporting training
