• Educate and care for children aged  0-5  in nurturing, play-based environments.
• Lead and support  meaningful learning experiences  for your assigned group of children.
• Collaborate with centre teams to create and deliver  inspiring educational programs.
• Step in when needed to  cover staff absences, lunch breaks, and leave  - and be a reliable helping hand.
• Contribute to the  observation and documentation of children's development.
• Learn something new every day by working in  different centres and environments.

• A  Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or you're currently studying an  ACECQA-approved qualification.
• A valid  Paid Blue Card  (or willing to obtain one).
• A  Basic Food Handling Certificate  (or willingness to complete one).
• Minimum 2 days of availability per week, with flexibility for occasional short-notice shifts.
• Willingness to  travel up to 30 minutes  for shifts in nearby centres.
• A warm, energetic attitude with  strong communication skills  and a love for working with children.
• Reliability and adaptability  - ready to thrive in new environments and support different teams.
