- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
- Assist in implementing fun, play-based educational programs in line with the EYLF.
- Support permanent centre staff by seamlessly stepping in during busy periods, staff absences, or scheduled leave.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Maintain excellent supervision and adhere to National Quality Standards (NQS) and health and safety regulations.
- Qualifications: Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively studying an ACECQA-approved qualification).
- Compliance: A valid Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) for paid employment.
- Certifications: Current basic food handling certificate and GECCKO National Child Safety Certificate (or a willingness to obtain them quickly).
- Availability: Available at least 2 days per week, including availability for morning shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM starts).
- Work Rights: Valid, unrestricted working rights within Australia.
- Skills: Excellent communication, a proactive work ethic, and a genuine love for working with young children.
