Early Childhood Educators (Certificate III, Diploma & Room Leader) – Frankston

Early Learning Victoria is delivering high-quality, accessible, and inclusive education and care through new government-operated early learning centres across the state. The centre, opening in 2026 will provide long day care and Three and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten, with future plans to include Pre-Prep.

The Role

• Support the delivery of a high-quality, play-based educational program that promotes children’s learning, wellbeing, and development
• Assist in implementing evidence-informed teaching practices guided by the EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQS
• Contribute to educational documentation and communicate with families about each child’s progress
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and child-centred environment that reflects Early Learning Victoria’s philosophy
• Collaborate effectively with the team and uphold all child safety and compliance requirements

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
• Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
• Willingness to undertake a Police Check 
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates
• Knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a passion for early learning
• Must be an Australian citizen or have full working rights
