Returns and RefundsPlease choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange except in accordance with this policy. All items must be unpacked immediately upon receipt and the contents checked.
Goods not Received. No credit or refund will be issued for goods not received where we are able to produce evidence that the goods were dispatched.
Goods damaged in Transit. Star Shopping items damaged in transit must be notified within 5 days of receipt to arrange return authorisation approval number.
Incorrect Product. If you receive a product that is incorrectly shipped, subject to the size of the item we will arrange for the payment of postage or arrange for collection of the item. We will only issue a credit or refund:
Goods damaged or missing Parts. Any item found to be damaged or missing parts upon unpacking must be notified within 5 days of receipt. Depending on the item we will at our or the distributors sole discretion arrange for a replacement piece, a replacement item and/or request return of the item. No item will be accepted for return without a return authorisation approval number and a receipt. We will only issue a credit or refund:
- Upon receipt by us of the item in its original, packaging; and
- We will only issue a refund if parts are unavailable or a replacement product is unavailable.

We will not issue a refund or credit where an item has been damaged during assembly or an attempt to assemble an item, in the case of willful damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering.
Return Authorisation Number. The following information is required for issue of a Return Authorisation Number. A return Authorisation Number applies to one item only.
- Name and contact details of the purchaser.
- Invoice or order number.
- Product code and description.
- Date on invoice or shipping note.
- Whether the product has been opened.
- Problem.
