Essential Criteria:
- A completed Diploma in Children's Services
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience working in long day care
- Excellent communication and written skills
- A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- A passion and commitment to work in the industry
