The Corporate Family Program offers tangible solutions to employee family needs, thereby supporting a high-functioning workforce in the corporate sector.
Being a specialised family program, we offer two online solutions designed to provide options to employees juggling work and family commitments at opposite ends of the life spectrum:
- Childcare Solution – for working parents juggling daily childcare demands
- Aged Care Solution – helping employees manage their parent's aged care needs
Each of these scenario's can negatively impact on an employee's work and personal life. However, we provide you and your employees with the tools to achieve a healthier, happier, productive and more motivated workforce.
Benefits of the Corporate Family Program include:
- Improve Employee Engagement & Commitment - through a company-branded web portal illustrating that you offer a family conscious workplace, delivered through your intranet to improve staff accessibility and user uptake. A URL is provided for remote employees and allows usage by their family member’s thus engaging employees family members to your business.
- Efficient support to mothers returning to work - through map-based search portals employees are able to quickly find care facilities in their local area on our Australia-wide database. ‘Pregnancy Notification’ and ‘Return to Work post-Parental Leave Packs’ assist organisations suppport their mothers more effectively.
- Reduced absenteeism - by providing employees with immediate access to experienced care professionals for in-home Aged Care and Child Care services 24/7. Response time to have a carer at an employee’s home is 1hour within the metropolitan area. All carer's are Working with Children Checked, First aid qualified, and covered by Public liability, Professional Indemnity and Workers Compensation
- Increased support - Search and retrieve information like articles, tips and activity ideas. Anything that cannot be located can be requested through our on-demand support which is offered at no additional cost to your subscription
- Employee Networking Opportunity – through lunch time information workshops conducted onsite at your workplace
- Tax Deduction - The cost of the structured package will allow you to claim a tax deduction for the cost of supply, implementation and maintenance as the support services are made available to all or a broad group of employees in the context of the improvement of the working environment
