The Corporate Family Program offers tangible solutions to employee family needs, thereby supporting a high-functioning workforce in the corporate sector.
Being a specialised family program, we offer two online solutions targeted at providing options to employees juggling work and family commitments at opposite ends of the life spectrum:
- Childcare Solution – for working parents juggling daily childcare demands
- Aged Care Solution – helping employees manage their parent's aged care needs
Each of these issues can negatively impact on an employee's work and personal life. However, we provide you and your employees with the tools to achieve a healthier, happier, productive and more motivated workforce.
